Board adopts green building ordinance

On Tuesday, November 18, 2008, the Board of Supervisors gave final approval to the County’s green building, low-impact development and drought-tolerant landscaping ordinances, one of the most far-reaching sustainable planning policies adopted by any local jurisdiction.
